Wholesale Terms and Conditions

We do not allow businesses to sell on Amazon or other 3rd party platforms such as Ebay, Walmart, etc. Businesses that have their own websites but are online only will be approved on a case by case basis.

Wholesale/bulk pricing is reserved for bakeries, restaurants, cafes, and physical retail kitchenware stores.  


Wholesale/Bulk/Quantity Discount Pricing

Orders are discounted based on case quantities and/or overall order total.  The more you order the more you save.  Pricing ranges from 25% to 50% off and more depending on quantity ordered

Minimum Order

Minimum order value is $200 and minimum order quantity is 1/2 case for any of skus.  Number of units in a case depends on the sku.  


MAP Pricing

Retail businesses must follow MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing). MAP pricing can be found in our pricing info sheet, on our website to retail customers and on our amazon store.

Fulfillment Time

Typically we ship orders within 2 business days. With reduced staff due to the pandemic, our orders are being shipped out once to twice a week. Some delays may apply during busy holiday season.  

If you have a rush order please let us know and we will work extra hard to get your order out sooner.

In rare cases, we may be out of stock in our local warehouse and may need to fulfill directly from Amazon fulfillment center

Out of Stock

We do our best to keep inventory levels updated real time but there may be occasions that we may contact you because a product is out of stock. You will notify you of any order changes.


Orders over $300 receive free shipping in the East Coast.

Orders over $300 receive discounted shipping in the Central, Mountain, and Pacific Coasts. 

We are committed to keeping the cost of shipping either free and as low as possible for our wholesale customers. 

Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping and these costs are passed on to the customer. There may be an additional charge if shipping address is a residential address.

We do not ship international orders at this time.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact us within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Zenlogy accepts no liability for any losses resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges.  


We strive for customer satisfaction and go above and beyond for both our retail and wholesale customers.  Please contact us if you are dissatisfied for any reason especially if the error is ours.  We will service your orders to your satisfaction.


All payments will be processed directly via our Shopify site.
